- What's New: the Apex sports a number of innovations to the suspension, as well as bringing a whole new level of manufacturing precision to the game. In a raw specs match, the major components of controller/firmware, battery packs & motor use Leaperkim's proven design, the Apex was designed to provide what is expected to among the best Wheel suspension created to date.  Â
- Suspension: toolless on-the-fly suspension height adjustment from 55mm all the way up to 150mm. The latest shipment is equipped with the DNM RCP 2S 210x61 coil shock, which provides a smoother response, limited to 6 height adjustment positions. Choice of 1000lb shock (suitable for riders under 210lbs), or 1300lb shock (for riders at 210lbs or above, or for frequent jumps/drops). 750lb coil for very light riders available as a spare part.Â
- Motor: 3,200W motor, providing an excellent balance of rotational speed, Wh/mile efficiency, torque.
- Battery Pack: high-power Samsung 50S 2,700Wh/151.2V battery pack, with SmartBMS, capable of rapid-charging to 20A/3,020W.
- Electronics: latest generation Lynx/Sherman-L controller with peak power output of 330A, integrated LCD display, exception data-logging & other standard features of the LK firmware. Â
- Other: auto-headlight brightness, with three modes of operation; folding metal kickstand; fracture resistant mud-guard; front/rear protective bumper covering head/tail-lights Â
